Features

Records and Seasons

Busiest weeks on record and how this year compares.

What it does

Shows a city's busiest weeks on record and sets this year against last. Both are about seasonality: knowing whether a quiet month is normal for the time of year or actually a slowdown.

How to use it

  1. Open your city and find the records panel.
  2. Read the busiest weeks, and the year over year line if it is shown.
  3. Compare against where you are now.

Who it is for

Anyone planning capacity or trying to read whether a slow month means anything.

Where it works

The word record needs a full year of complete weeks behind it, and a year over year line needs the prior year's comparable span to be well covered. Below either bar the city shows an honest building baseline state rather than calling a summer peak a record.
