Finds permits where the owner pulled the permit and no contractor of record appears. Those are jobs where somebody has committed to the work and has not yet hired for all of it.

How to use it

1. Open your city and find the unclaimed panel.
2. Filter to your trade and area.
3. Work the list.

Who it is for

Contractors looking for work that is already permitted and not yet awarded.

Where it works

This needs a feed that publishes both an owner and a contractor field, because unclaimed means one is present and the other is not. A feed that publishes neither cannot tell the difference between unclaimed and unpublished, so cities without both are excluded rather than guessed at.
